Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years experience in HUMINT reporting or requirements management.
• Experience in HUMINT reporting, processing, and collection requirements.
• Expertise in IIR and CCR reporting, quality checks, and evaluation.
• Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Senior SOF Reports Officer and SME on dataflow and collection requirements.
• Provide support for dataflow management requests and cross-team coordination.
• Review HUMINT reporting and the processing of Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs).
• Draft, format, review, and quality check IIRs, collection emphasis messages, and CCRs.
• Ensure compliance with MACOM and DIA policies and guidance.
• Verify information meets PIR thresholds and reporting requirements.
• Maintain IIR reporting metrics to support collection management.
• Utilize intelligence tools for qualitative review of platform/collector performance.
• Support monthly reporting of IIR metrics and tracking requirements.
• Implement data management processes ensuring data quality and retrieval.
