Job summary

The Ascendancy Group is seeking a Senior SOF Desk Officer to manage SA cases, provide HUMINT oversight, and support SAMMC. You will coordinate with the Intelligence Community, Joint SOF, and Service partners to ensure compliant reporting and data quality.

Responsibilities include assisting case management, ensuring policy adherence, and delivering real-time analysis to support mission planning and execution. A Top Secret clearance is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of experience or 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience as HUMINT Desk Officer related to IA, DoW/Joint, or SOF HUMINT.
• Experience in HUMINT reporting, processing, and collection requirements.
• Expertise in GCOMS/G2G cable reporting, quality checking, and evaluation.
• Working knowledge of portals and real-time knowledge/collection management systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication, high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Senior SOF Desk Officer and maintain dataflow for operations.
• Review HUMINT operational reporting and standard formats.
• Ensure compliance with MACOM and DIA policies and guidance.
• Assist SA and HUMINT case management as focal point for reporting.
• Maintain reporting metrics and support monthly HUMINT reporting.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts.
