Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level SOF Reports Officer to support ARSOF SAMMC by managing HUMINT reporting and IIR processing.

You will draft and quality-check IIRs, CCRs, and collection emphasis messages, ensuring data integrity and timely dissemination for target development and decision-making. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, a bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience (or 10+ years), and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 4+ years or 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience as HUMINT Reports Manager or Requirements Manager.
• Experience with HUMINT reporting, processing, and collection requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serves as SOF Reports Officer and technical collection advisor.
• Review HUMINT reporting and processing of IIRs, CCRs, and collection emphasis messages.
• Draft, format, review, and quality check IIRs and CCRs.
• Ensure compliance with MACOM and DIA policies.
• Maintain IIR metrics and support monthly reporting.
