Job summary

CACI is seeking a Mid-Level SOF Reports Officer in the United States (Colorado Springs) to support ARSOF SAMMC missions. You will manage HUMINT reporting, IIRs, CCRs, and ensure data quality while coordinating with internal and external agencies. Strong analytic and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities include drafting IIRs, maintaining reporting metrics, and advising on requirements policies, with a TS/SCI clearance and local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 4+ years of HUMINT or requirements management experience.
• Experience as HUMINT Reports Manager or Requirements Manager.
• Experience with HUMINT reporting, processing, and collection requirements.
• Knowledge of IIR/CCR reporting and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Serves as SOF Reports Officer and as a technical collection advisor.
• Provide support for dataflow management requests and support teams.
• Serve as advisor on internal and external requirements policies, processes, and procedures.
• Review HUMINT reporting and the processing of IIRs.
• Draft, format, review, and quality check IIRs, collection emphasis messages, and CCRs.
• Ensure compliance with MACOM and DIA policies and guidance.
• Verify information meets PIR and national information collection requirements.
• Maintain IIR reporting metrics to support the collection management mission.
• Utilize intelligence tools for qualitative review of platform/collector performance.
• Support monthly reporting of IIR metrics.
• Monitor and track requirements documentation actions.
• Implement efficient data management processes, ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Solicit, analyze, document, and facilitate prioritization and validation of analyst needs.
• Provide real-time updates of collection and planned collection requirements via databases.
