Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Experience as HUMINT Reports Manager or Requirements Manager.
• Experience with HUMINT reporting, processing, and collection requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication, high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SOF Reports Officer and technical collection advisor.
• Provide support for dataflow management requests and teams.
• Advise on internal and external requirements policies, processes, and procedures.
• Review HUMINT reporting and processing of IIRs, CCRs, and collection emphasis messages.
• Draft, format, and quality check IIRs, CCRs, and collection emphasis messages.
• Ensure compliance with MACOM and DIA policies and guidance.
• Verify information meets PIR and national reporting thresholds.
• Maintain IIR reporting metrics for collection management.

Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience
