Job summary

CACI-SOFETOPS invites a Mid-Level SOF Reports Officer to support ARSOF SAMMC by guiding HUMINT reporting, data quality, and collection management.

You will draft IIRs, CCRs, and collection emphasis messages, ensure compliance with MACOM/DIA guidance, and coordinate with internal and external teams. This role requires TS/SCI clearance and a bachelor’s degree with 4+ years or 10+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience or 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience as a HUMINT Reports Manager or Requirements Manager.
• Experience in HUMINT reporting, processing, and collection requirements.
• Expertise in IIR and CCR reporting, quality checking, and evaluation.
• Working knowledge of portals and real-time knowledge/collection management systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SOF Reports Officer and technical collection advisor.
• Support dataflow management requests and teams.
• Advise on internal and external requirements policies, processes, and procedures.
• Review HUMINT reporting and processing of IIRs.
• Draft, format, review, and quality check IIRs, collection emphasis messages, and CCRs.
• Ensure compliance with MACOM and DIA policies.
• Verify information meets PIR and national reporting thresholds.
• Maintain IIR reporting metrics for collection management.
• Use intelligence tools for qualitative review of platform performance.
• Support monthly IIR metrics reporting.
• Monitor requirements documentation actions.
• Implement data management processes to ensure data quality.
• Solicit and prioritize analyst needs.
• Provide real-time updates of collection requirements via databases.
