Job summary

Samsung Electronics America is seeking a Senior Manager, Social Platforms and Community to lead the social media calendar, publish native content, and engage with consumers across Samsung’s US channels.

You will collaborate with business units to optimize posting cadence, monitor conversations, and elevate UGC for potential reposts, while ensuring timely responses within business hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelors degree and 8 years of community management experience.
• Hands on with Sprinklr, Dash.
• MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to respond to business needs outside office hours or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead Calendar Management for Samsung US social channels.
• Own Content Publishing across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, X, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest).
• Manage Community interactions with a brand voice and timely responses.
• Collaborate with lines of business to set posting cadence and optimize reach.
• Monitor and report on social performance and SOV across products.
