Samsung Electronics America is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to lead B2B social and influencer strategy for the Display Division. You will manage content production (blogs, case studies, and video assets) and partner with marketing, PR, CRM, Events, Sales, Channel and S.com teams to execute plans across LinkedIn, X, Facebook and Instagram.

You bring 6+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a proven ability to analyze audiences, drive performance, and craft compelling social

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in social media or marketing.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA not required.
• Strong planning, execution, and analytical skills; track record of driving results.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement go-to-market social media strategies for the Display Division across platforms.
• Lead B2B organic social and influencer strategy.
• Manage content production for blogs, case studies, and video assets; coordinate with agency as needed.
• Collaborate with Marketing, PR, CRM, Events, Sales, Channel, and S.com teams to execute plans.
• Measure and report performance monthly and quarterly.
• Oversee posting and content creation across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram.
• Foster a One Samsung voice across channels while supporting Display goals.
• Support social selling initiatives and executive content projects.
• Manage social agency partnerships and briefing on business needs.
• Review marketing materials for consistency and quality.
• Integrate into broader marketing strategy and programs.
• Develop webinar programs to drive MQLs.
