Samsung Electronics America, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager of Public Relations to lead communications across four Home Entertainment categories and shape earned media narratives.

You will drive brand storytelling, community strategy, and media operations while managing day-to-day relationships with product, engineering, and sales leaders. The role requires strategic, hands-on leadership across traditional media, product reviews, and influencer programs, with a focus on integrated communications

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of PR or communications experience
• Proven track record securing coverage in top-tier tech/media outlets
• Hands-on experience running influencer programs (earned over paid)
• Direct experience with analyst relations and briefings
• Fluency with Reddit and community norms
• Strong editorial instincts for writing and messaging
• Experience managing agencies and/or direct reports
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with clarity and structure

Responsibilities

• Develop and own multi-category PR strategy across four product lines (TV, Audio, Memory, Monitors)
• Coordinate launches, calendars, and ensure media momentum across channels
• Build relationships with tier-1 media and manage product review programs
• Design and manage a scalable influencer program
• Develop organic Reddit presence and community engagement plans
• Lead thought leadership and analyst relations initiatives
• Oversee agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging
