Job summary

Steelcase is seeking a seasoned Social Media leader to shape and execute strategic initiatives across its social ecosystem. You will drive content, thought leadership, and customer stories to reach the right audiences at the right time.

The role blends strategy, insights, and reputation management to deliver measurable business outcomes while guiding a growing social media capability within a flexible hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, communications, or related field.
• Experience developing and executing social media strategies in B2B/enterprise environments.
• Experience managing both organic and paid social programs including planning, activation, measurement, and optimization.
• Experience using social media analytics tools to drive strategy and results.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and activate social media strategies to increase visibility, engagement, and authority across Steelcase's ecosystem.
• Lead organic and paid social initiatives aligned with priorities and audience needs.
• Monitor audience behavior, social listening insights, brand sentiment and share of voice to identify trends and opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to amplify thought leadership and brand content through effective channels.
• Manage agency relationships and paid activation while ensuring programs deliver measurable outcomes.
• Report performance and translate data into actionable recommendations to improve engagement and marketing effectiveness.
• Coach and develop the Social Media Specialist and build scalable processes for future-ready social capabilities.
