KLA Industries is seeking a Social Media Manager to own the brand’s social strategy and bring the voice to life across multiple platforms. The role emphasizes storytelling, content creation and trend-watching in a fast-moving social landscape.

You will collaborate on creative concepts, coordinate shoots, work with influencers, and help build a thriving community while staying ahead of platform changes and emerging formats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related field.
• 5+ years of professional social media experience, ideally across multiple channels.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and emerging platforms.
• Experience with social media management, publishing and analytics tools such as Sprout Social or similar.
• Solid understanding of social analytics, algorithms, audience development and performance optimization.
• Experience working with influencers, creators or strategic partnerships.
• Excellent writing and adaptable tone across channels.
• Creative mindset with strong multi-project organization.
• Attention to detail while maintaining the bigger creative picture.
• Willingness to experiment and bring new ideas to the table.

Responsibilities

• Own the social strategy across multiple platforms to grow awareness and engagement.
• Define and maintain an authentic and engaging voice for the brand on every channel.
• Create platform-specific approaches for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
• Lead planning and development of social-first campaigns and timely content.
• Build a community through conversations, engagement and long-term audience growth.
• Monitor trends, platform changes and emerging formats to inform ideas.
• Identify and manage influencer partnerships and campaigns.
• Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to bring concepts to social feeds.
• Plan and coordinate on-site shoots for authentic behind-the-scenes content.
• Manage the content calendar with timely and coordinated posts.
• Track performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Monitor channels and respond thoughtfully during conversations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a Social Media Coordinator.
