Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end organic social strategy and execution for MasterClass, from kickoff to launch and optimization.
• Develop and manage social content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube for professional audiences.
• Partner with Creative, Marketing, GTM and cross-functional teams to integrate social into campaigns.
• Use performance data and audience insights to refine content, formats, and strategy.
• Help define AI-enabled frameworks and workflows to enhance social processes.
