Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end organic social strategy and execution for MasterClass, from kickoff through launch, publishing, and optimization.
• Develop and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube for professional audiences.
• Partner with Creative, Marketing, GTM, and cross-functional teams to integrate social into campaigns.
• Use performance data to refine content, formats, and channel strategy, and share learnings with stakeholders.
• Help develop AI-enabled frameworks and workflows to make social more creative, effective, and efficient.
