MasterClass is seeking a Sr. Social Media Manager to own the organic social strategy for Certificates, with a remote-first setup and a focus on professional audiences across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.

In this role you will blend strategic thinking with hands-on content development, publishing, and optimization, collaborating with Creative, Marketing, GTM, and cross-functional teams to grow engaged audiences and turn insights into compelling content. Remote with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years owning organic social for a recognized brand.
• Deep expertise in LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, with a focus on professional audiences.
• Ability to move between big-picture strategy and hands-on execution.
• Experience using social performance data and audience insights to guide content and strategy.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments.
• Understanding of internet culture and trends and turning them into brand-appropriate content.

Responsibilities

• Own organic social strategy and execution from kickoff through launch and optimization.
• Develop and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube for professional audiences.
• Partner with Creative, Marketing, GTM, and cross-functional teams on social concepts.
• Use performance data to refine content, formats, and channel strategy and share findings.
• Support evergreen and AI-enabled social initiatives to improve creativity and efficiency.
