• 5-7 years in social media management with at least 2 years managing direct reports.
• Proven track record of driving channel growth and not just publishing.
• Strong analytical and writing skills; ability to craft executive narratives; coordination with paid and PR.

Responsibilities

• Develop Strategy and Plans: translate strategy into platform-specific quarterly plans for IG, FB, TikTok and X; own editorial POV; maintain a 90-day forward view; identify opportunities.
• Guide Content & Creative Direction: oversee content production; approve daily editorial calls; ensure brand voice and visuals across channels; set content quality standards.
• Lead Campaigns: manage campaigns across IG, FB, TikTok and X; maintain Master Cross-Platform Content Calendar; plan tournament coverage and pacing; align with PR and paid teams.
• Analyze Performance & Report Results: author Weekly CEO Report and Monthly Executive Report; interpret analytics data; base actions on KPI metrics.
• Manage Community Engagement & UGC: own community management; define target communities and voice; oversee daily execution; manage UGC rights and pipeline.
• Apply Platform Expertise & Stay Ahead of Trends: act as expert on IG/FB/TikTok/X; chair trending content meetings; run platform tests; brief leadership monthly.
• Lead the Team & Oversee Operations: manage junior team; schedule coverage; partner with Head of Social on hiring; provide development plans.
