Job summary

Morphe in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Manager, Social Media to shape the brand's voice across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest. You will program content, develop series and a distinct aesthetic, and drive performance with data-driven decisions while guiding a small team.

This strategy-first role offers exposure to cross-functional partners and opportunities to grow into a Director within two years; travel for events may be required as part of campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in social media marketing/strategy, incl. 1–2 years team management.
• Beauty or CPG industry experience preferred.
• Experience across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube required; Pinterest a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set and own cross-channel social strategy for IG, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and emerging platforms.
• Program content: develop ownable series and a consistent aesthetic.
• Lead YouTube and Pinterest strategies and plan Reddit presence.
• Manage and develop a team of two, with growth paths.
• Track TY/LY KPIs and translate data into actions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Influencer, Creative and Retail teams.
• Present strategy recaps to leadership.
• Ensure social is included in major launches and campaigns.
