About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Social Content Strategist to lead the development and execution of high-volume, social-first digital content for brand campaigns. This role focuses on platforms such as TikTok, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Snapchat, and Pinterest. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of both organic and paid social media strategies, with a strong emphasis on best practices for paid media.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and delivery of a high volume of social-first digital content tailored for platforms including TikTok, Meta (FB and IG), Snapchat, and Pinterest with agency partners.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of each social platform's organic and paid media strategies, emphasizing best practices for paid media.
- Support the team with best practices regarding spec sizes for each platform and preferred content formats, providing rationale for prioritizing certain content types.
- Support the team and agency partners with prep for content shoots, ensuring shot lists, props, and concepts are fit for social first and aligned with brand strategy.
- Lead full-funnel content creation, focusing on conversion and precision, including experience in creating content for A/B testing.
- Create deliverables to support thorough creative briefing based on campaign needs, such as messaging hierarchies, trend reports, social listening insights, and competitor analysis.
- Maintain quality standards across a high volume of material; collaborate with creative teams and cross-functional partners to ensure a cohesive brand voice across consumer channels.
- Assist the brand team in preparing for shoot days, providing clear direction for pre-production, on-set, and post-production needs.
- Collaborate with PR and Influencer teams to enhance editorial partnerships, content development, and conduct risk assessments for brand safety.
- Analyze and review engagement and key KPIs across content in real-time with cross-functional partners.
- Exceed KPIs such as conversion rates, engagement, site traffic, SEO rankings, page views, and brand awareness.
- Develop a creative optimization plan specific to social media platforms.
- Develop, coordinate, and execute a comprehensive always-on content calendar across social platforms.
- Manage agency relationships and cross-functional teams; develop and scope team projects aligned with critical business goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned or directed.
