Position: Sr. Content Strategist (Multiple openings)

Location: 100% Remote

Contract Duration: 6+ months with high potential for extension and possible permanent placement.

Pay Range: $60 - $70/hr on W2

Role Overview

The Content Strategist is responsible for crafting clear, approachable language, hierarchy, voice, and tone for digital experiences aimed at clients and participants. Collaborating with designers, product owners, and technologists, this role helps shape end-to-end experiences that guide, inform, and educate users about financial security and retirement planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design, product, development, and marketing teams to create content that meets business goals and audience needs.
• Conduct content audits and gap analyses to ensure consistency and best practices.
• Work with UX teams to maintain consistency and clarity across experiences.
• Research audience needs, preferences, and behaviors.
• Develop content for mobile and web platforms.
• Identify and address usability issues in user experiences.
