About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Content Strategist who is bold, fast-moving, and ready to create educational content that teaches the world how to build an AI-powered workforce. This role blends strategy and execution—you’ll work directly with our CEO, Siobhan Savage, to drive content that inspires action, grows our community, and fuels revenue.

You’ll be at the heart of our brand and movement, leading content creation for both Reejig (a leading AI work intelligence platform) and Siobhan’s personal brand. You’ll shape educational content that challenges the status quo and positions us as the go-to source for companies ready to reinvent how they work.

This role is fully remote, but you must be physically based in or near New York City to be close to our CEO and NYC office.

Key Responsibilities

1 Build & execute a bold content strategy

• Develop a scalable content strategy focused on education, thought leadership, and growth.
• Work closely with the CEO to translate bold ideas into content that teaches, agitates, and inspires.
• Align content to key business outcomes: audience growth, inbound leads, and revenue pipeline.

2 Lead educational content creation

• Develop and manage a content calendar aligned to the strategy with clear briefs created for all content
• Create how-to guides, mini-masterclasses, LinkedIn education posts, video scripts, and more.
• Develop series-based content (e.g., “How to Build an AI-Powered Workforce”).
• Turn complex topics into digestible, action-oriented content for HR leaders, AI leaders, and C-suite executives.
• Work with production teams (videographers and social media coordinators) to bring the content to life
• Build content playbooks for our Manila-based team to deliver at scale (social posts, video edits, visuals).
• Set up workflows for content production, quality control, and publishing cadence.
• Test new formats and ideas regularly—be bold in your execution.
• Measure impact & iterate fast
• Track and report on content performance—what’s working, what’s not.
• Link content directly to growth KPIs: followers, engagement, leads, meetings booked.
• Use data to optimize campaigns and double down on high-performing content.

• Proven ability to grow a brand through content that educates and provokes.
• Experience collaborating directly with founders or executives.
• Ability to work across LinkedIn, YouTube, email, and other channels.
• Strong understanding of content performance metrics and growth funnels.
• Experience working with remote or offshore teams for execution.
