Content Strategist Role:
This role involves shaping clear, approachable language, hierarchy, and tone for digital experiences, working closely with designers, product owners, and technologists. The goal is to guide, inform, and educate clients and participants about financial security and retirement planning.


Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with design, product, development, and marketing teams to develop content that meets business goals and audience needs.
• Conduct content audits and gap analyses to ensure consistency and best practices.
• Work with UX teams to ensure clarity across experiences.
• Research audience needs and content consumption methods.
• Plan, write, and present content for mobile and web platforms.
