Content Strategist Role:
The Content Strategist is responsible for shaping clear, approachable language, hierarchy, and tone for digital experiences for clients and participants. In partnership with designers, product owners, and technologists, this role plays a critical part in shaping end-to-end experiences to guide, inform, and educate clients about their financial security and retirement planning.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with design, product, development, and marketing teams to develop clear content to meet business goals and audience needs.
• Conduct content audits and gap analyses to ensure consistent, industry-best practices.
• Work with UX teams to ensure clarity and consistency across experiences.
• Research audience needs, preferences, and content consumption methods.
• Plan, write, and present content for mobile and web platforms.
• Identify and resolve issues in user experience to ensure ease of use in a complex financial environment.
• Create on-brand messaging that clearly communicates product benefits and streamlines operations.
