Job summary

VaynerX is seeking a Senior Creator in NYC to ideate and execute high-volume social content across brands, from concept through production and editing. You will spot trends, translate them into compelling content, and adapt ideas for each platform while collaborating across teams.

You should bring 3–5 years of experience, a strong portfolio across video and design, and a passion for marketing, advertising, brands, and culture. This is a hybrid role requiring on-site NYC work and full-time hours.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional creative or social content experience.
• A strong portfolio showing range across video, design and social formats, with hands-on production and editing skills.
• Deep fluency across social platforms and understanding of platform-specific content.
• Experience using AI as part of everyday creative workflow.
• Strong analytical instincts with ability to translate performance data into insights and recommendations.
• Proactive, highly organized and collaborative working style across all levels of the business.
• Genuine obsession with marketing, advertising, brands, social and culture.

Responsibilities

• Create End-to-End: ideate and execute a high volume of social content from concept through completion, including scripting, filming, producing, editing and design.
• Stay Tapped Into Culture: monitor marketing, advertising, brands, social and culture to turn trends into content ideas.
• Create For Every Feed: produce platform-native content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook across multiple brands.
• Produce Wherever The Work Takes Us: support shoots and events, operate cameras and lighting as needed.
• Work Across The Business: collaborate with teams across VaynerX to bring ideas to life.
• Learn From The Work: analyze performance and turn learnings into actionable recommendations.
• Own Your Work: stay organized across projects and timelines, owning from start to finish.
