Job summary

VX Services in New York City is seeking a Senior Creator to own end-to-end social content across platforms, from concept to delivery. You’ll ideate, shoot, edit, and design content while staying deeply attuned to marketing trends and culture.

You'll collaborate with teams across VaynerX, work in a hybrid NYC setup with 3–4 days on-site, and contribute to multiple brands with a fast-paced, creative workflow.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional creative or social content experience.
• Social-first content for B2B in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong portfolio across video, design and social formats with hands-on production/editing.
• Deep fluency across social platforms and platform-specific nuances.
• Experience using AI to ideate, research and speed up workflows.
• Strong analytics skills to turn data into insights and recommendations.
• Proactive, organized, collaborative and able to work independently.
• Genuine obsession with marketing, advertising, brands, social and culture.

Responsibilities

• Create End-to-End: ideate and execute a high volume of social content from concept to completion.
• Stay tapped into culture: translate trends into timely content ideas.
• Create for every feed: platform-native content for multiple brands.
• Produce shoots and events, operating cameras and production gear as needed.
• Collaborate across VaynerX to bring ideas to life and respond to quick-turn needs.
• Learn from the work: monitor performance and build reports with insights.
• Own your work: manage multiple projects and timelines end-to-end.
