Job summary

VaynerMedia is seeking a social native Creator to join our team in a fast-paced, global agency. You will guide the social visual style, oversee LIVE event content capture, and direct global talent while delivering best-in-class content.

In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end production from concept through posting, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet ambitious deadlines and push creative boundaries across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years professional creative experience across media platforms.
• Proven experience as a video shooter/editor in advertising or digital media.
• Solid understanding of video production: lighting, framing, audio.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop.
• Excellent content creation skills from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Attention Media: Create content that grabs attention and makes impactful connections with consumers.
• The hook: Edit and assemble raw footage into polished final videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube.
• Live in the feed: Stay updated on trends in social video formats and editing techniques.
• Team player: Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional departments on rapid requests and tight timelines.
• A Creator: Attend brainstorms and meetings contributing ideas and design strategy.
• Coach: Mentor Creators and Creators Residents and others following leadership.
