You will partner with creative, media and strategy teams to translate performance data into actionable investment and growth recommendations, influencing creative strategy and social ROI.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• Professional experience in social media analytics, digital marketing measurement, or a related BI role, preferably in consumer products or entertainment.
• Proven experience developing and managing KPI frameworks for paid and organic social channels.
• Hands-on expertise with native platform analytics (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and BI tools (Sprinklr, Dash Hudson, Tableau).
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex datasets into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations.
• Experience mentoring junior analysts or managing agency partners is a strong plus.

• Establish and own the social measurement strategy and KPI framework across all paid and organic channels.
• Translate complex performance data into executive-level insights and strategic recommendations.
• Ensure data accuracy and reporting integrity by aligning dashboards and data sources.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and underperformance, providing data-backed pivots.
• Collaborate with creative, media, and strategy teams on growth forecasting and testing priorities.
