Job summary

Spin Master in California is seeking a data-driven analyst to lead social media measurement across paid and organic channels, shaping KPI frameworks and executive-ready narratives. Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• Professional experience in social media analytics, digital marketing measurement, or a related BI role, preferably in consumer products or entertainment.
• Proven experience developing and managing KPI frameworks for paid and organic social channels.
• Hands-on expertise with native platform analytics (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and BI tools (Sprinklr, Dash Hudson, Tableau).
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex datasets into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations.
• Experience mentoring junior analysts or managing agency partners is a strong plus.

Job Description

What will you work on?

Reporting to the Director of Data, Insights Ops, you will lead social media measurement and analytics across all paid and organic channels. You will own our KPI framework, ensuring data integrity while translating complex performance data into clear, actionable, executive-level narratives. Your analysis will directly influence creative strategy, media investment, and growth initiatives, making you a key partner to our creative, media, and strategy teams.

How will you create impact?

• Establish and own the social measurement strategy and KPI framework across all paid and organic channels, creating a single source of truth for performance.
• Translate complex performance data and metrics into executive-level insights and strategic recommendations that influence creative and investment decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy and reporting integrity by aligning and managing dashboards, tools, and disparate data sources.
• Identify strategic trends, campaign efficiency opportunities, and areas of underperformance, providing data-backed recommendations for pivots.
• Partner with creative, media, and strategy teams to apply analytics to growth forecasting, A/B testing priorities, and external stakeholder communications.

What are your skills and experience?

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• Professional experience in social media analytics, digital marketing measurement, or a related business intelligence role, preferably within the consumer products or entertainment industry.
• Proven experience developing and managing KPI frameworks that cover both paid and organic social media channels.
• Hands-on expertise with native platform analytics (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and social BI/visualization tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Dash Hudson, Tableau).
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex datasets into compelling, easy-to-understand narratives and actionable recommendations.
• Experience mentoring junior analysts or managing agency partners is a strong plus.

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in California is $80,900 to $107,900 Per Annum. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. Spin Master Inc. is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
