Job summary

Frontier Airlines is seeking a Sr. SOC Operations Mgr in Denver to support day-to-day operations and assist with command-and-control decisions during severe or irregular operations.

In this leadership role you will supervise SOC managers and staff, coordinate recovery plans, and communicate with senior management to minimize disruption across the operation.

Strong problem-solving, clear communication, and SABRE Air Center familiarity are required, with 5+ years in SOC/OCC at a major carrier.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in large/major carrier (Part 121) airline operations and SOC/OCC experience.
• Budget management, labor relations and project management skills preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities under high-stress conditions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Frontier flight operations are conducted in a safe manner, compliant with all applicable FARs, contractual obligations and procedures.
• Assist with command-and-control of day-to-day operations.
• Monitor all flight and operational activity and coordinate recovery plans to mitigate disruptions.
• Lead SOC personnel and supervise SOC managers to execute operational plans.
• Recruitment and coaching of SOC staff and alignment with senior leadership.
