Job summary

Frontier Airlines is seeking a Lead Analyst, Cybersecurity Operations in Denver to oversee threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management across the network. You will coordinate with offshore and onshore teams, manage SLA benchmarks, and drive security improvements using Playbooks and SOPs.

You will mentor analysts, prepare executive updates, and lead risk reduction efforts across tools like SIEM, EDR, DLP, and cloud security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 6+ years of IT/cybersecurity experience.
• 3+ years in a Supervisor or Lead Analyst role.
• 5+ years in security products (Qualys, EDR, Proofpoint, Office365, Defender, etc).
• 5+ years SIEM experience.
• 4+ years with MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Cloud remediation (Azure/AWS/GCP) experience.
• EDR, firewall, and network security experience.
• Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNA, CEH) or willingness to attain within 3 months.
• Willing to work after-hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, investigate, and respond to cyber incidents.
• Lead incident response activities and exercises.
• Drive vulnerability management and SLA adherence.
• Coordinate with offshore and onshore teams.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and playbooks.
• Produce security metrics and reports.
• Support threat hunting and red/blue team activities.
• Mentor analysts and provide guidance to the team.
• Participate in after-hours/on-call rotation.
