Frontier Airlines in Denver seeks a System Airport Operations Manager (SAOM) stationed in the SOC, responsible for planning, coordination, and recovery of day-of-departure airport operations across Frontier’s network to ensure safe, on-time performance.

You will lead ACS functions, coordinate with SOC leadership and local stations, communicate flight information, and manage irregular operations with calm, professional judgment. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years airline experience are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; Masters preferred; combination of equivalent, relevant experience and education considered in lieu.
• Minimum 3 years of airline experience in an airport customer service, ground service and/or an operational role.
• Ability to communicate, both written and verbal, in English (Spanish preferred).

Mansioni

• Lead all ACS functions within the System Operations Control Center with a focus on achieving business continuity and safe and on-time operations.
• Coordinate and communicate the daily airport operations to maximize customer service and performance.
• Collaborate with SOC leadership and ACS teams to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and readiness.
• Communicate operational decisions to local airport leadership and assess impacts on operations.
• Provide leadership during irregular operations and manage gating, facilities and resource allocations.
