Job summary

FNF is seeking a Security Operations Center (SOC) Manager to lead a 24x7 enterprise SOC for a global Fortune 500 organization. You will oversee a geographically dispersed team of security analysts, driving rapid detection and response to cyber threats while improving people, process, and technology.

Role partners with information security, IT, risk, legal, privacy, and business leaders to protect against evolving threats, aligning with NIST and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years in cybersecurity operations or incident response.
• 3+ years leading security teams or SOC operations.
• Hands-on with enterprise security tooling (SIEM, EDR/XDR).
• Strong understanding of attacker TTPs and defensive controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead a geographically distributed SOC team across multiple shifts.
• Oversee 24x7 operations, triage, investigation, containment, and remediation of incidents.
• Ensure playbooks and SOPs are followed with consistent execution.
• Collaborate with DFIR, IT, legal, privacy, HR, and communications teams.
