N-able is seeking a Manager, Security Operations to lead SOC analysts in monitoring and incident response, ensuring timely and accurate handling of security events. You will help maintain SOC procedures, document escalations, and drive continuous improvement in security operations.

As a leader, you will mentor junior staff, collaborate across teams, and support automation initiatives within a hybrid work model. This role offers growth in a dynamic cybersecurity environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IT operations.
• Experience in SOC environments and incident response.
• Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, and cloud security tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Basic scripting or automation experience preferred.
• Certifications such as SEC+, GCIA, or GCIH are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Supervise SOC analysts in day-to-day monitoring and incident response activities.
• Ensure proper documentation and escalation of security events.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
• Maintain SOC procedures and ensure consistent execution.
• Collaborate with other teams to support investigations and remediation efforts.
• Monitor SOC performance and contribute to reporting.
• Assist in onboarding and training of new analysts.
• Support automation and process improvement initiatives.
