Qualifications

• Experience in regulated environments or government clients is required.
• 4+ years of security operations, incident response, and detection engineering.
• Hands-on with SOAR, EDR, NDR, and SIEM technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute advanced SOC operations with 24x7 on-call coverage.
• Develop, implement, and optimize detection logic and automated response workflows.
• Continuously improve SOC processes and procedures.
• Coordinate with threat intel to integrate TTPs into operations.
• Translate technical risk into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with standards and Pearson policies.
• Deliver executive-level reporting and risk assessments.
