Pearson is seeking a Senior Security Analyst to lead day-to-day Security Operations Center activities, drive improvements, and advance detection engineering across Pearson environments. This role emphasizes rapid incident response, automation, and collaboration with internal and external partners.

You will refine SOC processes, develop detection capabilities, and ensure alignment with Pearson security standards and regulatory requirements while providing executive-level reporting and metrics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in security operations or equivalent.
• Experience with regulated environments or government clients.
• Proven ability to translate risk to non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Lead incident detection, triage, containment, and root cause analysis.
• Develop and optimize detection logic, playbooks, and automated responses.
• Drive continuous process improvement and SOC efficiency.
• Collaborate with threat intel to integrate TTPs.
