• Develop and optimize detection logic, playbooks and automated response workflows.
• Continuously improve SOC processes to align with evolving threat landscapes and Pearson standards.
• Collaborate with threat intelligence to analyze risks and integrate TTPs into SOC operations.
• Translate technical findings to actionable insights for internal stakeholders and maintain transparency.
• Ensure SOC activities comply with standards and Pearson policies; deliver executive risk reporting.
