Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive the end-to-end lifecycle for the Circuit Solutions Group (CSG), covering pre- and post-silicon activities. You will develop high-fidelity schedules, serve as the strategic liaison across VLSI and cross-functional teams, and lead validation and post-silicon test planning.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of TPM experience in semiconductor design, strong VLSI knowledge, and expert Smartsheet skills to deliver executive-ready program

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field; Masters preferred.
• 8+ years TPM experience in semiconductor design and ASIC/SoC lifecycle.
• Strong fluency in VLSI design cycle, silicon validation and correlation.
• Ability to align teams on a unified execution path and influence trade-offs.
• Outstanding negotiation and presentation skills; ability to influence senior engineers without direct authority.
• Expert-level Smartsheet proficiency with advanced automation and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-fidelity schedules across design, verification, physical implementation, and tape-out validation.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Circuit Solutions Group and cross-functional partners (VLSI, Architecture, ASIC, Operations, Systems).
• Participate in key design reviews and manage change control to balance scope vs. schedule impacts.
• Lead Closed-Loop Validation schedules by comparing silicon results against simulation assumptions.
• Orchestrate post-silicon test plans ensuring coverage of architectural requirements and critical corners.
• Build Smartsheet dashboards to provide real-time program health insights for executives.
• Automate ingestion of lab data into project management tools using Python.
