NVIDIA Corporation in Santa Clara is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle for VLSI, spanning Arch to silicon bring-up. You will align roadmaps across silicon product lines and drive automated schedule tracking and cross-functional execution.

As a senior TPM, you will accelerate tape-out cycles, partner with VLSI, Architecture, ASIC, and Operations, and build high-fidelity schedules and dashboards while automating data ingestion with Python.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field; Masters preferred.
• 8+ years of TPM experience in semiconductor design and ASIC/SoC lifecycle.
• Expert Smartsheet skills including automation; Python experience for data automation.

Responsabilités

• Bridge architectural concepts to physical silicon and accelerate tape-out cycles.
• Develop high-fidelity schedules and manage design/verification/tape-out dependencies.
• Coordinate with VLSI, Architecture, ASIC, and Operations across teams.
• Lead design reviews and manage change control with schedule impact.
• Build real-time program health dashboards and automate data ingestion.
