Job summary

Arm is seeking a Senior Director of Technical Program Management to lead a TPM organization focused on post-silicon execution for complex Arm-based SoCs. You will drive program health, risk management, and readiness through silicon validation and production release, mentoring TPMs and coordinating across hardware, software, firmware, and architecture teams.

The role requires deep SoC development expertise, senior leadership, and the ability to influence across a matrixed engineering organization

Qualifications

• Senior TPM leadership experience in complex semiconductor or engineering organizations.
• Deep understanding of post-silicon SoC development lifecycle including bring-up, validation, and production readiness.
• Successful track record overseeing multiple complex cross-functional SoC development programs.
• Ability to influence senior engineering leaders and communicate technical/program challenges to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of TPMs with coaching, performance management, and resource planning.
• Own the effectiveness and execution quality of post-silicon TPM organization across multiple SoC programs.
• Establish governance, tools, and execution standards across the TPM organization.
• Oversee plans covering schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and readiness through silicon validation and production.
• Partner with engineering leaders across silicon validation, hardware, firmware, software, and architecture to drive alignment.
