Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Snowflake Engineer, Consultant, to design and optimize data solutions using Snowflake and cloud technologies. You will build robust data pipelines, transformations, and scalable models within Agile teams, translating business needs into technical solutions with Python and SQL.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data engineering experience with Snowflake.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Experience building batch and streaming data pipelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize data solutions using Snowflake and related cloud technologies.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, transformations, and scalable data models.
• Work within Agile delivery teams to implement client data platform solutions.
• Collaborate with clients and teammates to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop solutions using SQL, Python, and modern data engineering tools.
• Support data quality, performance tuning, and platform optimization initiatives.
• Contribute to the Snowflake CoE through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.
