Express Employment Professionals is recruiting an Electronics Assembly & Hand Solder Technician for a long-term opportunity with a growing manufacturer. You will assemble, inspect, and test electronic products, working with PCBs and components to ensure quality.

Daily duties include hand soldering, through-hole work, SMT setup, reading drawings, and documenting production results. Overtime on Fridays may be required; four-day schedule featured in description. Benefits start from day one.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with hand soldering and electronics assembly.
• Experience with through-hole assembly and PCB work preferred.
• Pick & Place (SMT) machine experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with IPC-A-610 standards preferred.
• Ability to read assembly drawings and basic schematics.

Responsabilidades

• Perform precision hand soldering on PCBs.
• Assemble through-hole components and verify placement.
• Set up and operate SMT equipment.
• Prepare components by cutting, bending, and forming leads.
• Inspect solder joints and assemblies for quality.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and rework assemblies as needed.
• Read and follow drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Document production results and maintain equipment cleanliness.
