The role acts as the single decider for cross-functional efforts, guiding tradeoffs, resources, and execution with urgency.

Qualificações

• Significant experience leading project or program execution across multiple teams.
• At least 5 years of experience in Nuclear programs or operation.
• Ability to align resources, processes and outcomes to a strategic vision.

Responsabilidades

• Manage cross-functional program execution, including engineering development and project delivery.
• Refine processes, KPIs, and communication rhythms for a complex program.
• Serve as interface for partners and senior customer stakeholders.
• Lead project risk analysis and maintain risk registers.
• Oversee estimates, governance gates, and program-wide reporting.
