Job summary

The Crescent Hotels Group is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for the DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando Theme Park Resort. You will be responsible for proactively soliciting and managing group opportunities with substantial revenue potential and up-selling to maximize revenue.

Drive loyalty through exceptional service and ensure seamless handover for guest experiences. Experience in hotel sales is essential, with a 4-year degree in Hospitality preferred; Hilton experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum 4-year degree in Hospitality or related major or 4 years of hotel sales experience in a 500+ room property.
• Hilton experience is a plus but not required.
• SMERF group experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and manage group opportunities with significant revenue potential.
• Upsell each business opportunity to maximize revenue.
• Achieve personal and team revenue goals and ensure proper handover for service delivery.
• Drive customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout the customer experience.
• Support the DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando Theme Park Resort accounts.
