Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts seeks a Senior Sales Manager for the SMERF segment at the DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando Theme Park Resort. You will proactively solicit and manage group opportunities, upsell proposals, and drive revenue growth while ensuring excellent service delivery for loyal guests.

The role requires a 4-year degree in Hospitality or equivalent hotel sales experience, with SMERF background preferred. Hilton experience is a plus, and bonuses are possible based on goal achievement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-year degree in Hospitality or related major OR 4 years’ experience in Hotel Sales at a hotel with 500+ rooms.
• Hilton experience is a plus but not required.
• SMERF group business prior experience required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Senior Sales Manager – SMERF is an overtime eligible manager (OEM)

• Responsible for proactively soliciting and managing group related opportunities with significant revenue potential
• Actively up-sells each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity
• Achieves personal and team related revenue goals. Ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery
• Responsible for driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience
• Provides service to our customers to grow the account on behalf of the DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando Theme Park Resort

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• A minimum 4-year degree from an accredited university in Hospitality or related major OR 4 years’ experience in Hotel Sales at a hotel with 500 rooms or more.
• Hilton experience is a plus but not required.
• SMERF group business prior experience required.
