Job summary

MarketStar is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support Asana’s AMER SMB Sales organization. This role leads frontline sales leaders and Account Executives, driving revenue performance, quota attainment, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline health.

Based in Ogden, UT with a hybrid work model, you will coach a team of 15–20 SMB Account Executives, foster a disciplined sales rhythm, and partner with Enablement, Operations, Marketing, Recruiting, and Customer Success to execute go‑to‑market

Qualifications

• Experience leading SaaS or technology sales teams.
• Experience developing Account Executives/frontline sales leaders.
• Proven success delivering against revenue targets.
• Strong forecasting, pipeline mgmt, deal strategy, and revenue performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead AMER SMB revenue performance, including quota attainment and pipeline health.
• Develop frontline sales leaders and oversee 15–20 SMB Account Executives.
• Drive sales operating rhythm with forecasting, pipeline reviews, and performance reviews.
• Ensure forecast accuracy through pipeline health and close planning.
• Coach managers and sellers on prospecting, qualification, discovery, and closing.
• Drive outbound and AE-generated opportunities to maintain healthy pipeline.
• Use MEDDIC/MEDDPICC or similar methodologies to improve qualification and forecast.
• Partner with Enablement, Operations, Marketing, Recruiting, and Customer Success to execute GTM priorities.
• Lead executive and quarterly business reviews and performance reporting.
