MarketStar is seeking a Program Manager to lead a SMB SaaS client in Salt Lake City. You will guide a sales team to hit targets, manage client relationships, and provide performance reports to executives.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and proficiency with CRM and sales tools. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in B2B sales, 1+ year of leadership experience, and a track record of achieving quotas.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a B2B sales environment, SaaS or tech sales preferred.
• 1+ year of leadership experience managing frontline managers in a B2B sales context.
• Experience managing client or stakeholder relationships.
• Experience using data and reporting to drive sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead and coach a team to achieve quota attainment and performance metrics.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and P&L related to the program.
• Deliver regular business reviews to senior leadership and clients.
