Job summary

Amazon’s Ring SMB team is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Technical to lead product strategy and execution for SMBs managing Ring security cameras across multi-site setups, web dashboards, and AI-native features.

You will own end-to-end product experiences at the intersection of hardware, software, and AI, partnering with engineering, UX, and marketing to ship impactful features for business customers and drive adoption across mobile and web.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Own/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience delivering features and evaluating tradeoffs.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions on tech decisions.
• Experience representing diverse customers and stakeholders at executive prioritization.
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Own the SMB product strategy and roadmap, understanding business customer needs.
• Define vision and rollout plan for Ring's business web experience for multi-location management.
• Drive AI-powered features for business customers leveraging Ring Appstore.
• Oversee AI-powered device recommendation and advisory experiences from prototype to launch.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and platform teams to write PRDs and metrics.
• Balance speed, quality, and scalability in technical decisions.
• Coordinate cross-team workstreams across mobile, web, cloud, and integrations.
