Amazon Key – Ring seeks a hands-on, AI-first Sr Product Manager - Tech to own hardware, firmware, and software products from concept to ship. You will craft roadmaps, write specs, prototype, and trade off designs with engineers and designers, driving AI-powered experiences and measurable business outcomes across consumer and B2B platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience delivering features and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders at executive-level prioritization and planning.

Responsibilities

• Own the definition, design, development, and launch of hardware and software products from concept to ship.
• Lead the development of product strategy and vision backed by analysis including AI-native experiences.
• Define clear roadmaps and prioritize effectively.
• Write BRDs, user stories, and specs for engineers to implement.
• Prototype solutions independently with mocks or basic prototypes.
• Collaborate daily with software and hardware engineering teams to unblock delivery.
• Prioritize backlog balancing customer feedback, opportunities, performance, and load.
• Identify and resolve strategic/technical issues impacting goals.
• Drive measurable business outcomes with defined success metrics.
