Job summary
Amazon.com Services LLC’s Ring/Amazon Key team is seeking a hands-on Sr Product Manager – Tech to lead end-to-end hardware, firmware, and software products from concept to ship. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
- Experience managing technical products or online services.
- Experience representing and advocating for diverse customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization.
Responsibilities
- Own the definition, design, development, and launch of hardware and software products end-to-end.
- Lead development of product strategy and vision with AI-native experiences.
- Define high-quality, simple product roadmaps and prioritization.
- Write detailed business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications for engineers.
- Rapidly prototype solutions with mocks/wireframes.
- Collaborate daily with software and hardware engineering teams; participate in design reviews.
- Manage backlog prioritization and trade-offs among feedback, opportunities, performance, and load.
- Identify and resolve strategic and technical issues to meet goals.
- Drive measurable business outcomes and track results with data.
