Job summary

Amazon Key – Ring seeks a hands-on Sr Product Manager – Tech to own hardware and software product development from concept to ship. You will define strategy, write specs, prototype, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered experiences that delight customers.

You will partner with hardware, firmware, and software engineers to drive roadmaps, track metrics, and iterate for measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience delivering features and making tradeoffs for a product.
• Experience engaging with engineers on technology decisions and strategy.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Ability to advocate for customers and stakeholders in prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Own the definition, design, development, and launch of hardware and software products from concept to ship.
• Lead product strategy and vision with AI-native experiences and analysis.
• Define roadmaps and make crisp prioritization decisions.
• Write BRs, user stories, and technical specs for engineers.
• Rapidly prototype solutions with mocks or wireframes.
• Collaborate daily with software and hardware engineering teams.
• Manage backlog prioritization and trade-offs among feedback, performance, and load.
• Drive measurable business outcomes with defined success metrics and iteration.
