Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Business Development Representative for the SMB Payments arm. You will cultivate new business opportunities, build durable relationships, and promote banking and payment solutions to business clients in the US market.

You will collaborate with internal partners to ensure successful implementation, product ramp-up, and adherence to regulatory requirements, while achieving individual sales goals and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience in relationship management or business development within payments or merchant services.
• Strong communication and presentation skills across all levels.
• Ability to apply regulatory and risk management considerations to solutions.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate new business opportunities within the Business Banking portfolio to achieve sales goals.
• Identify and self-source client opportunities via referrals and COIs.
• Act as trusted advisor to promote banking and payment processing solutions.
• Conduct calls with prospects and existing clients through remote Hub-based model.
• Price Chase products for profitability and maintain accurate sales records.
• Collaborate with internal partners for implementation and ramp-up.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management in all activities.
