Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in Plano, TX is seeking a Strategic Business Development Representative II to grow Merchant Services opportunities within the Chase SMB sales channel. You will manage end-to-end merchant agreements, coordinate internal resources, and proactively reach out to prospects and merchants by phone and email.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the merchant services industry and related financial concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication at all levels.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and influence decisions.
• Judgment to offer customized solutions while assessing risk.
• Disciplined time management to balance client needs and firm risk.
• Ability to source opportunities through referrals and COIs.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates new business opportunities within the Business Banking portfolio to achieve sales goals.
• Source client opportunities via referrals and COIs; act as trusted advisor for banking and payment solutions.
• Conduct calls with prospects and Chase clients through the remote hub-based model.
• Analyze and price products; maintain sales records and reports.
• Negotiate leveraging proving models to close business.
• Coordinate with internal partners for implementation and ramp-up.
• Adhere to AML/KYC and other regulatory requirements.
